Defensive Slide

Defensive Slides is a basketball/sports based cardio exercise. Make sure you have at least 10 feet of unobstructed space to move side to side. Starting at one end of your designed exercise area, move laterally to the opposite keeping your hands up at head level. With the defensive slide be sure to avoid crossing over you feet. Once you reach the opposite side of your exercise space quickly move back towards the starting side.
